The HYC welcomes visiting yachts, who often take advantage of the club's location at "the gateway to the Sound" for a convenient layover before proceeding on to points farther out, or on the return trip home. The club has several moorings that, for a reasonable fee, are available to visiting yachts, as well as moorings that cruising members have temporarily vacated. Our launch monitors VHF channel 72, and will be pleased to escort you to the appropriate mooring.

The club operates a restaurant and bar which offer a variety of dining options as well as beautiful views of Eastchester Bay and the Manhattan skyline. Professional services, banks, pharmacy, supermarket, marine store, spirits, laundromat, restaurants, diner and shops are all located within walking distance on City Island Avenue. The use of our locker rooms, showers, potable water and trash receptacles are complimentary to visitors. Ice is available at a nominal charge. Pumpout, fuel and other marine related services are available at nearby marinas and boatyards.

Time spent alongside our dock is limited to 30 minutes. If you are coming in for dining only, you are requested to take a mooring so as to keep the dock clear for others.
