Work Party

There are many projects to be done to get our clubhouse and grounds spruced up for the season (which opens the following weekend with GIC on May 10). A partial list of the work to be done:

• Relocating the dinghy racks in the yard
• General yard clean-up
• Removing old batteries for recycling
• Reparing the parking dividers (ropes and posts) for use
• Locker house clean-up
• Clubhouse cleaning
• Touch up painting in the clubhouse
• Deck cleaning and maintenance

This is a great opportunity to meet and work with your fellow members, and to tackle many projects that would otherwise cost us many $$$ to have done. We need everyone to pitch in - this is no time to be shy! Experience is definitely not necessary. Please bring work gloves, and a yard rake if you have one.

As always, for this weekend there is a free lunch (for workers). See you there!
